All Blueprints, SOP packages, and spreadsheet tools are digital deliverables. Upon submission and verification of your payment (bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer), instant download access is made available through your order confirmation screen and delivered to your registered email address.

2. Refund Policy for Digital Blueprints

Due to the non-returnable nature of downloadable digital templates, spreadsheets, and SOP documents, sales of digital Blueprints are generally non-refundable once files have been accessed. However, if you encounter technical corruption or duplicate payments, our desk will immediately correct the issue or refund the duplicate amount.

3. Build Services Milestones

Done-for-you Build Services operate on milestone-based deliverables outlined in individual service contracts. Deposits cover initial discovery, interview hours, and preliminary architecture drafting.
